Midnight At Montmartre

I co-produced Planet's annual holiday celebration for more than 200 employees, transforming the Regency Ballroom at The Lodge into a Parisian-inspired evening of food, entertainment, and immersive experiences. Working closely with the venue's event team, I managed event logistics, budget coordination, production timelines, and vendor planning to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. I sourced and coordinated a diverse lineup of local vendors—including live musicians, a DJ, live painters, custom calligraphy, specialty food vendors, lighting, and catering—to create a memorable celebration that balanced entertainment, hospitality, and employee engagement. From pre-event planning through day-of execution, I ensured every element came together to provide a polished experience that fostered connection and celebrated the year's accomplishments.
