Lift Off

I created and produced Lift Off: Planeteer Art Show 2025, an employee showcase designed to celebrate the creativity, hobbies, and artistic talents of Planeteers beyond their day-to-day roles. I managed the full artist experience by coordinating with each participant to collect artwork details, display requirements, and sales information, ensuring every piece was thoughtfully represented. Leading event operations from planning through execution, I developed the event timeline and run of show, coordinated vendor logistics, and managed essential production needs including security, cleaning services, catering, bar staff, and post-event breakdown support. The event provided employees with a platform to share their work, connect with colleagues, and celebrate the diverse creative community within Planet.
