Lift Off

I created and produced Lift Off: Planet Art Show 2026, an employee showcase designed to celebrate the creativity, hobbies, and artistic talents of Planeteers beyond their day-to-day roles. I managed the full artist experience by coordinating with each participant to collect artwork details, display requirements, and sales information, ensuring every piece was thoughtfully represented. I staged the entire gallery layout myself, from the decorations and floral accents to arranging each piece on the whiteboards and tables, thoughtfully composing every display to highlight the art and give each artist's work its own moment. Leading event operations from planning through execution, I developed the event timeline and run of show, coordinated vendor logistics, and managed essential production needs including security, cleaning services, catering, bar staff, and post-event breakdown support. The event provided employees with a platform to share their work, connect with colleagues, and celebrate the diverse creative community within Planet.
