Friends & Family Night

Friends & Family Night was a bi-monthly employee engagement program I managed end-to-end, created to replace ad-hoc manufacturing floor tours with a structured experience that balanced employee engagement with operational efficiency. Hosting the event every other month gave Workplace, Manufacturing, and Security teams adequate time to prepare while minimizing disruptions to lab operations. I developed the event branding, coordinated catering with SF Food Mart, managed guest registration and compliance documentation, scheduled timed tour groups with capacity limits for crowd control, partnered with Manufacturing to staff tour hosts, and led all event communications across Slack, Jira, and email. The result was a seamless, compliant visitor experience that supported safety, cross-functional collaboration, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
